The Archaeological Society of Delaware (ASD) is a Non-Profit 501c3 Organization, 
founded in 1933 by avocational and professional archaeologists to study and appreciate the archaeological heritage of Delaware and the surrounding region.
 



            
Our mission is to:
  • Educate our members and the public about archaeology.
  • Support professional archaeological investigations in Delaware and the surrounding region.
  • Report on activity within Delaware and the surrounding region.
  • Promote interest and participation in archaeology and related activities.
